Water tank outside tap is right under the laundry. Inside tap for washing machine needs just simple pipe connection so that I can claim the council rebate. A previous plumber told me to run the pipe (which I did) and he would be happy to sign 1,2 and 7 forms. This plumber is not returning my phone calls for some reason. I need a licensed plumber to either sign the forms for me, or if necessary to run the pipe again. I'm happy to pay for any labour or time involved, since it is worth it to have it done considering the council rebate.
