70's style 2 bedroom unit with leaking bathroom. Have replaced entire bathroom and had the space waterproofed. My second bedroom backs on to the bathroom and the wall that is next to the shower is leaking again. It is an older unit and i think the problem is with the pipes rather than with the bathroom itself. I am need someone to take a look and let me know what is really happening and how much it might cost to repair.
