Came out to quote. Unable to tell us how to fix the Doref Flixmaster sink outlet...despite us giving and he read the pamphlet that decribed fully how to adjust it. Just a tensioning device to be adjusted. Wanted to replace the whole unhit, but not sure whether to do it cheaply or expensive! Still waiting 4 days later for a quote. The other quicker plumber who can read, has got the job.
