Pipe broken and water leaking through front wall of house

We noticed that there is 'waste' water seeping through the brick wall near the garage. After checking we found that it must be the pipe from the kitchen sink that is broken somewhere within or behind the front wall of the house. Unfortunatel we do not have a plan of the house that would show where the pipes are laid. There is no direct access to get under the house.
