Fix - i have an old (and heavy) pedestal basin. pipe s which are behind a front panel (and open to the wall) are leaking.
investigate and advise - also would like someone to take a look at at hot water system and advise if it is performing to capability -and as to how much would be invovled in new shower head as well.
