There is an old hot water system in the roof of the house. 2 groups of tenants have explained that the hot water constantly is running out. The house is a large 2 storey house however has 3 seperate accesses (one 4 bedroom house, one 1 bedrrom apartment and one 2 bedroom apartment). Want that system to be capped off or removed and have a new unit placed in which the hot water will run of the gas enabling 24/7 hot water access.
