Shower has leaked into downstairs kitchen. insurance assessor has been through and advised 30 yr old cement shower base needs replacing as this is the cause of the leak. currently has ceramic tiles on base. would like to replace with cheapest alternative (ie no tiles). the insurance company will then repair ceiling damage. also a leak in laundry which is going to downstairs kitchen. need to locate and isolate leak. locating leak is paid for by insurance company. looking for a plumber to do both jobs.
