Moved into new apartment 1 month ago. There is an individual hot water unit inside the apartment unit. It has a timer on the electrical powerboard and also temperature adjustment in the actual unit. Hot water was initially lukewarm at best. Have hit "reset" button on the hot water unit and this increased the temperature on the first day, but subsequently, only cold water (not even lukewarm water) is coming out.
