We have had to unblock the sewarage line a couple of times but it has been ok for a couple of years. We will be building a granny flat at the back in a few years and want to relay the existing sewerage line across the side alley of the house to the back (ready to use when we build the granny flat) so as to be able to use the allyway (e.g. put a new hot water system on top etc)
