House is approx 160sq metres and is a federation style and unfortunately has a flat roof. I am l0oking to replace it with a roof in keeping with the period (colourbond OK)and I am looking for a rough estimate as to cost and then will get plumber/roofer out to inspect -I currently have no idea of cost and do not want to waste time of plumber if I cannot afford hence the request for a very rough price at this stage.
