Existing hot water unit is a Rheem 250 litre mains pressure electric hot water heater model no 101250 (date of manufature 06/07/95).
The existing system has a bulge in the tank, and has kinked along the vertical seam, there is a small amount of discharge (red colour) from the valve at the bottom of the tank.
Our property has a mains gas connection, and we would like a quote to provide an install a new gas hot water unit.
