In Slab Sewer Plumbing - Install in slab sewerage plumbing to kitchen island, laundry sink, powderoom sink, bathroom sink (its a double sink in one vanity), bathroom toilet and powder room toilet.
Stormwater Plumbing - Install 100mm Stormwater as designed in drainage plan
Lead in new plumbing to existing sewer and water supply (meter).
Rough in hot and cold water to all fittings in house. Install sewerage to upstairs 1 toilet, 1 bath, 1 shower and a double vanity.
Install solar hot water service to single story roof.
Install and Connect Gas lines for HWS, Kitchen Hotplates and Ducted Heater.
Fitt Off - Connect all tapware, toilets install sinks and hotplates. All vanities and cabinets will be put into place by me.

2X Baths

Certificate of Compliance must be provided for all work completed. And I am only interested in hiring a registered plumber, if you are not registered please dont bother contacting me. I will supply all taps, sinks, toilets, baths and general fittings
