I need to have the old unit (very old) removed and a new instantaneous hot water unit installed. The current unit is inside the house and is an old boiler which provides hot water to both the heating coil and to the rest of the house. We have a single fronted double brick edwardian home with considerable space underneath the floors. We want to install a medium to high level user instantaneous water unit. I also need whoever does this to check that our gas pipe is suitable for an instataneous unit.
