New downpipe to be installed

I need an extra downpipe installed to the existing guttering. The existing guttering is in reasonable condition, but it's not level and the water doesn't flow to the current downpipe. Connection to the drainpipe is easily accessible. The house is single storey and there are no obstructions.
Also the connection from the drainpipe to stormwater pipe needs fixing as the NBN installer decided it was easier to cut through the pipe rather than go around it.
