We are looking for a plumbing company who are happy to deal by email instead of constant to and fro phone calls (unless urgent) which we don't find time efficient.
we have been using a company but he insists on phoning at every opportunity.
currently i have a property with ongoing pipe water leaks and another with leaking pipes under the kitchen sink and possibly dampness under the kitchen tiles.
i also need quotes on making 3 properties (inthe same street) water efficient to comply with govt regulations to enable the landlord to charge the tenants for all water costs.
