Disconnect single basin taps and relocate waste to suit double sink basin, create new waste and service for second basin(flick mixer taps will be located on top of vanity bench) Relocate taps outlet and waste to shower. All fittings and fixtures provided to be fitted off at the completion of renovation including double ceramic vanity, toilet and bath. Note all plaster will be removed prior to commencement.
