Need my toilet cistern replaced

I require my toilet cistern to be replaced. The current cistern is leaking (almost constantly) into the toilet bowl. A previous plumber changed replaced the suction washer, however this has not fixed the problem. Also would like new cistern to be dual flush. Toilet seat and bowl are fine - no replacement needed. Ideally the cistern replacement should not involve any plaster to be disturbed. Current toilet is from approximately 1981.
