I need someone to loft a dryer (dryer needs to be vented) and to install an water outlet and two taps for a washing machine. I think you'll need to go do through the floor (tile and concrete) into the crawl space under the house. The water can come under the house from the kitchen (3-4 metres). The outlet can tap into another outlet once under the house (2-3 metres). We also need a floor outlet in what is now the laundry to install a free standing bath (bath supplied). The taps are already there.
We are basically creating a makeshift bathroom in our laundry and moving the washing machine and dryer into the hallway until we can do a full bathroom renovation. We don't require any finishing or tiling. We just want a job that will be safe and won't damage our home until we can do it properly.
