60 year old house with old gal pipes, very bad water pressure, basically the whole lot needs replacing. Kitchen & bathroom being gutted and renovated so easy access for installation of new pipes
Run new 25mm poly pipe from water meter at front of house to underneath building ready for connection to new water pipes
Rough in hot and cold water pipes inc sewer sub drains to approx 10 fixtures :
- WC & wash basin;
- laundry trough & WM;
- kitchen sink & dishwasher;
- Bathroom shower, bath & basin
- New gas HWS
Fit off above fixtures inc traps, wastes & water connection
Install new gas line from existing meter to inside of house connecting 3 fixtures:
- HWS
- Cook top
- Ducted heating system
Disconnect & drain old electric HWS in roof
Remove old gas heater from fireplace in lounge room
