There appears to be a leaking water pipe, in the ground, immediately after the water meter. Western Water has already been out to inspect and has determined that as the leak is on a pipe leading out of the water meter it is the property owners responsibility to fix the issue.
This quote request is on behalf of our owner's corporation as the meters are on common property. As I do not live in any of the 4 units, I will not be present, however, the meters are at the front of Unit 2 and easily accessible.
