One toilet is running into bowl, and the other leaking from the base. The roof gutter seam appears split, and we need a new downpipe installed to reroute stormwater from rainwater tanks back to storm water drain. Previous water tanks install has 3 downpipes feeding to tanks and the overflow is too much. Would like a diverter tap on new downpipe to reroute water to tanks when necessary.
