I need someone to (1) repair ceiling damage in the garage where first leak is found; (2) find and fix the source of first leak (balcony); (3) find and fix the source of second leak (roof).
There are two leaks in the house, one in the garage with a balcony above it (photos attached), and the second in the living area with a roof above it (no photos attached). The ceiling damage in the garage are about forearm's length.
We've had issues with both leaks in the past. We've been told that the first leak was due to poor-grouting, and the second leak was due to poor-drainage.
