Laundry pipes to be added to bathroom

I have a one bedroom unit in Whittington (Geelong) with no laundry facilities. The bathroom is of a large size and I need laundry pipes to be installed (through wall), so I can have a laundry sink also installed into the bathroom. Although there are currently (laundry?) taps attached to the bottom of the bathroom pipes, the existing bathroom pipes are too small to be used for laundry purposes.
