Larger Downpipe installed and change direction of roof downpipe

The water that drains from the roof to the veranda enters the veranda gutter and swirls the water up under the roof. At this end of the veranda we had an enclosed room and the water has seeped through into the wall. We need the roof downpipe redirected and a bigger downpipe on the veranda as is is currently only 2in square.
