We recently purchased a 4 bedroom large home (about 30sqm) we had a building & pest inspection done on the property and there are some plumbing jobs required. we need the Bathrooms Re sealed, showers, bath tub etc.... We need washers replaced on taps.... we need down pipes checked & from memory one replaced... We need guttering checked & replaced if needed unforunitly the building inspection company would not comment greatly on this, they refered us to a plumber... We would also ask that the plumber that gets our business just check over our plumbing in our new home to ensure every thing is in working order & in good condition. As Settlement is not unitl the 24th September i do not have direct access to the house. However the current vendors are happy to allow trades people through to do quotes for us & any jobs we need done. It just means once you have made contact with my self. i will then put you in contact with our agent to organise times & dates for you to go & quote/complete job for us. Many thanks.
