The purpose of this relocation is to conceal a pipe that is currently exposed to view. The new pipe route is proposed to drop from within the ceiling space through a double brick wall cavity. The pipe will emerge from a new penetration in the brick wall within the pantry. Work to include all work necessary to deliver a working installation including but not limited to: - drilling wall penetration - removal and replacement of roof sheeting to enable access to the pipe in the ceiling space - new copper pipe as required - new braised fittings as required - visual inspection to determine the most feasible route I can send a drawing and photos that show the nature of the work. The pipe relocation is to coordinate with ceiling repairs being performed by others so that the existing exposed pipe is relocated before the repainting of the repaired ceiling.
