My Council has suggested that this is probably an accurate plan but I need to confirm that the stormwater does run through this pipe. Council has suggested performing a dye test and checking the nearest storm water inspection points to confirm the position. As part of this dye test, I will also need a short 2 line letter confirming that the plumber attended the property and the result of the dye test. Thanks.
