The current setup is that a water tap in bathroom sink is connected directly by copper pipes into the wall (There is no valve connection in a wall, but the pipes goes directly into the wall). The job is to cut the copper pipes (hot and cold water) and install separate valves(shut off valves preferred) in order to connect the water tap using stainless steel tubes to water tap.

We will then engage same plumber for the Final plumbing fix, Vanity and toilet installation plus tap and fitting installs. Attached is a sketch of the new layout v the layout as it was just prior to strip out. There are also a couple of photos taken during strip out (bathtub, ceiling and all plasterboard is gone) There is easy access to sewer and water from under the slab. Room is 2650mm X 1820mm
