The shed will have an ablutions area (3 toilet booths, 2 urinals, 2 handwashing basins) an open kitchenette area with a double sink, a safety shower. A mains gas line runs out the front of the property and gas would be bought into the shed for cooking/heating purposes. There will be one external rain water tank for recycled water to flush toilets & urinals. A tap outside the shed is also needed. The work is expected to begin mid next year.

Sewer pipe to be replaced is full length from over flow outlet in the yard to the main sewer line approx 21m in length with an elevation drop of approx 5m. First run approx 6m is a gentle slope, drop of approx 2.5m to second run. Second run approx 5m again on a gentle slope. Drop of approx 2.5m (in a retaining wall) to the street and 5m run to the main sewer line. Require 2x inspection points to be installed on the run for future access and clearing. Additional require second toilet waste to be moved to be on the main sewer line (approx 1M length). Require a fixed price quotation from a licensed plumber with suitable insurance. I would like to meet and show you the site access and job details, so no phone quotations please. I can provide PVC 100mm pipe and river sand (if required), plumber will need to provide all other materials to complete the job, blue metal, couplings, joiners, access points etc.
