On site is an outbuilding being renovated (currently not lined on the inside). There was a sink, but this has been removed and there is an existing drain into the ground. We have a sink ready to install, and we need hot and cold water extended from the main house to the outbuilding (approximately 5 metres), the sink installed to existing drain, and plumbing for a front loading washing machine to be installed next to the sink. We can dig the trench for the pipes before the plumber comes. There are hot and cold taps for a washing machine inside the main house to be removed, and these can be the pipes extended to the shed. Access to these is easy from underneath the house, and access to the outbuilding is also easy, since the walls are not yet lined. There is power to the outbuilding.
