The ceiling in one of the room upstairs has a water stain. We have colorbond roofing so I'm assuming the water must be coming in from the joints down to the attic? House is fairly new so I doubt... In the living room area, we experience a strong gas smell. Some days are stronger than others. There are no gas appliances connected in this room, the wall socket is unused. Copper pipes connected to hot and cold water taps in kitchen for old dishwasher. disconnected and discarted the dishwasher. i now have a copper pipe with hotwater flowing out and nothing to stop...
