The installation of the drain hose is the big problem. The drain hole is open but water overflows and runs down the wall from the air conditioner unit. The drain hose is connected from the air... The drain hose is connected from the air conditioner horizontal along the air con unit and then runs behind the air con inside the wall downward to the en-suite below the basin where the water drops should run into the pipe. Water drops appear at the end of the drain hose but not enough and the water overflows after a while of using the air conditioner.
