Old (1980's?) Vulcan wall heater needs removing from wall and gas pipe needs sealing. Easy access under the house.

Rinnai spectrum 28 gas heater will not stay lit when ignited. when you remove your finger from the ignition even after 20-30 seconds the pilot light goes out.
