Also install downpipe to a rear Stratco patio which has guttering but no downpipe. There are existing drainage points to connect downpipe to. I also have some fasciaboard which has some rot and may need replacing if possible. House is 1948 construction and generally in good condition.

There are also cement blocks already there for the bottle to go on.

I think the toilet is an old one but works fine. However the flush sometimes does not have the required direction or force and hence require to flush two times. Will need work done to fix this.... Also currently the bathtub (just a normal rectangular wall to wall type one) has a shower curtain in front of it. Looking to replace the shower curtain with glass. Will need work to provide and install this (3 sides are tiled walls so no glass needed there only the area where the shower curtain is). I will be posting a seperate job on service central for painting the interior of the house as well. If your company does that also,you can provide a combined quote for both the jobs.
