We've just had a pest inspection done and were told there is moisture behind the showers at our houses in both Brookfield and Kenmore. There are also 2 leaking taps at B'field that need fixing.... 2 storey house, with two bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom sink and shower are draining slowley. Outside the property the grey water goes to a grease filter, then to soak away. The water is also partially backed up in the inspection hole, but seems to be unconnected to the household issue. We have had the pipe cleared before using an electrical eel. The pipe between outlet and grease filter is about 18m long.

We need an inspection of our roof/gutters to find out why the water is flowing into the house and we also need an inspection of wall cavities to see if there is structural damage.
