I have downpipes in the courtyard which drains into the ground and the drain/pit i am looking to have installed is close enough to the downpipe to connect to the main stormwater drain. Currently there are pavers in this area which can be easily lifted off the ground (area is approx 3x2) & soil can be dug out to install the drain/pit. Possibly looking to concrete the area (or similar material) & get rid of the pavers all together Looking to have this done as soon as possible. If you are a reliable tradesperson with quality workmanship & reasonable price, I'd like to hear from you.

We are currently looking for quotes from numerous companies. Trees have now been removed and we are looking to employ the services of a plumbing company asap. Some concreted areas on the common property have cracked and we may be looking to re-pipe the complex with PVC piping-complex being over 30 yrs old.

I dont know what is wrong with it. and not sure if i shall repair or install new one. thanks very much. Amanda
