Rheem hot water system stopped working on weekend. Checked fuse and switchbox, appears fine. Hot water system has own meter and noted that meter wheel for unit not turning at all so no power being... There appears to be a small leak near the electrical conncetion area on the hws and water has soaked the insulating material around the heating vessel and caused the outer matel container to swell...
