I have just installed a new washing machine. I am after someone to neatly isolate the hot water tap since it is no longer necessary. Also, the cold water tap needs to be changed over to a new tap... I have just installed a new washing machine. I am after someone to neatly isolate the hot water tap since it is no longer necessary. Also, the cold water tap needs to be changed over to a new tap with a lower flow rate as advised by the washing machine installer. Ideally the new cold water should be low profile (unlike the older taps in the photo). I would prefer someone with good experience to do the job. Thanks

May be blocked but also it drops 3 metres into a 90% bend which I believe may be part of the problem so I would also like the connection to storm drain replaced with more appropriate pipe work to ensure water flows smoothly down into storm drain. Access under deck straight forward with approx 70-80 cm height clearance.
