There has been bad smell coming from trough in laundry. We want to solve it.
Previous investigation concludes that the smell is from a flexible waste connector under the trough which requires following work to be done:
- replace the flexible pipe with a new Pipe through a brick wall
- connect the new pipe to existing drain (in garage)
- finish up brickwork with mortar
- install cover plate for trough
