Installing another water drainage pipes to help storm water overload

issue with storm rain water over flowing from the water drainage near our garage. i think the whole drainage system is getting a little overloaded and when it throws it down the water has to wait in line of the downpipes and overflows inside our garage which is our main problem. we only have one pipe that runs to the street, and am thinking of installing another pipe to help with the load and hopefully fix the overflowing water inside our garage. can i get a quote to do this job? or other options would be considered.
