Require the installtion and fitout of new bathroom.
Bathroom (2 x 1.78m) has been completely stripped.
Would require.
1) Laying levelling cement (old floor is uneven with very hard concrete)
2) Installation of toilet vanity and shower.
3) Installation of new toilet
3) Installation of new hot water system. (previous hws was very old instantanous - will require hws for kitchen and bathroom hookups
4) Tiling Floor to ceiling
Shower pipes exist and are in correct position. Will require some minor pipe adjustments elsewhere..
House is on stumps so underfloor access is very simply.
If job is done well, more work will follow..
