• plumb sewer waste from new cabin to existing septic line (approx Xm from cabin)
• install owner supplied instantaneous gas hot water system to cabin
• fit out cabin bathroom:
- install toilet supplied by owner
- install sink & hot/cold taps supplied by owner
- install shower cubicle & hot/cold taps supplied by owner
• install down pipes on cabin to water tank
• install external water tap to cabin
• remove 3xfloor gas heater outlets in house
• straighten approx 2m section of copper gas line under house front deck.
• fix broken sewer pipe under house (small 2cm hole in top of pipe)
