Fast response - quoted same day, polite, job booked for a week later. Workers turned up on time - friendly. Completed job quoted for (water filter for fridge) as well as extra job to replace 2 toilet valves (quoted on the day). All completed within a few hrs. Haven't received call back re price for a slightly broken plastic part but problem with toilet seems to be fixed without it anyway. Happy customer !
