Wanting to have plain and simple water tap installed in courtyard outside unit(just cold water!).
There is currently a wall mounted gas hot water system in the courtyard with access to the water inlet / out and gas inlet. Just literally need some copper pipe joined in off the inlet and a tap on the end of it.

Luke even removed his work shoes to walk through my unit, certainly best service received from a trades person so far!
