I have a 600mm retractable rangehood to be installed in kitchen. Take out the old rangehood and put the new one in the slot within the cupboard. No electrical connection necessary as the thing just plugs into a socket.
Duct the exhaust outside using a steel flue straight up trough the roof tiles. The hole into the roof space is already there. Requires cutting through the tiles to vent outside.
Please quote with and without supplying the flue kit and your preference if wish to supply it or not.
