Install rainwater diverter - very small job

Thomas requested 3 quotes from Plumbers in Stafford Heights

we currently have a downpipe going to a rainwater tank and then coming back out of it to take overflow back down the downpipe. its always overflowing so we need the pipe cut, a diverter (which we have) installed and then the overflow pipe sealed. this will allow us to leave the water going straight down the downpipe as a default position and when we want to fill the tank, turn the diverter on to fill it and then turn it back again.
it would take no more than a couple of metres of 90mm pvc pipe, some pvc glue and a "plug" for a 90mm pvc pipe. i just dont have the tools to cut etc and by the time i bought the tools and gear it might work out cheaper to get someone else to do it.
