Renovating an old house and need to move the plumbing for a new toilet/bathroom and install a new gas hot water service (rinnai 26). the current bathroom does not have toilet, and i wish to install one. i also want to remove the old rheem hot water storage system and replace with a continuous flow service. i have council plans for drainage with easy access to both gas and drains as the driveway has just been excavated.
