We are renovating & putting in a new ensuite plus a laundry & need plumbing to the ensuite (sperate bath, shower, vanity + toilet) as well as plumbing to the laundry (sink plus washing machine). we also need a new hot water system fitted - we currently have an instant hot water service which is quite old which we want to replace either with another instant hot water service or a regular one (have not decided & need advice as to which is best)
