Install New Bosch dishwasher into existing dishwasher space

We have a new Bosch dishwasher that requires installation into existing dishwasher space in the kitchen (the old unit has already been removed). A pipes hole will need to be adjusted under the cupboard. The old dishwasher was connected to the hot water supply however the Bosch machine apparently needs to be connected to the cold tap so the water connection will also need to be changed.
