Install gas pipework from front of complex to 8 townhouses through roof. Gas pipes to rise from the front of complex and be distributed through ceiling to each townhouse.
Install gas pipes from street to complex for 4 townhouses. (4 townhouses currently not connecting to gas but will have pipework laid to their premises ready for future connection).
Application has already been lodged with Jemena to provide gas supply to strata scheme.
